Drug & Alcohol Testing
We offer urine drug screening, oral fluid (saliva) testing, hair follicle testing, and alcohol breath testing in 5-panel, 10-panel, and DOT-compliant formats. Mobile testing available 24/7 by appointment.
Most urine drug screens are completed in 15–30 minutes. Results for standard screenings are typically available the same day. Hair follicle tests may take 2–5 business days.
Yes. We offer full DOT drug and alcohol testing for transportation industry employers including pre-employment, random, reasonable suspicion, and post-accident testing in compliance with 49 CFR Part 40.

DNA Testing
We offer legal paternity, maternity, sibling, and grandparent DNA tests. All legal tests are court-admissible with strict chain-of-custody collection. Results in 3–5 business days.
DNA paternity tests are greater than 99.9% accurate. Exclusion results are 100% accurate. All samples are analyzed at a certified AABB-accredited laboratory.
Yes — our legal DNA tests follow strict chain-of-custody procedures accepted by courts, child support agencies, immigration offices, and government agencies. Certified documentation included.

Background Screening
We provide criminal history searches (county, state, federal), employment verification, education verification, driving record checks (MVR), and sex offender registry searches for individuals and businesses.
Most background checks are completed within 1–3 business days. Turnaround varies based on the scope and jurisdictions being checked.

Office hours are Monday–Friday, 9AM–5PM. Weekend appointments available by request. Mobile drug and DNA testing available 24/7.
Rescheduling requires 24-hour notice. Please note: there are NO REFUNDS under any circumstances once payment has been processed.
Absolutely. No information about your visit or results will be released without your written authorization. We follow all HIPAA guidelines.
Mobile travel is included free within 10 miles of ZIP code 15219 (Downtown Pittsburgh). Beyond 10 miles, a $1.75/mile each-way fee applies, with a $30 minimum. After-hours visits (11PM–6AM) include a $25 surcharge.
